Canceling or Changing Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away via info@quntrobot.com or call us at +1 941-749-6030. We know our customers want their products as fast as possible, so we optimize our order processing time. Unfortunately, that often means we cannot cancel or change an order once it’s been processed. Please see our Return Policy below to learn how you can make a free return once you’ve received your order.

Returns

At Robot, we want to ensure you have the perfect product for your needs. If your product isn’t the right fit, we are here to assist you. Robot can only accept returns on items purchased directly from quntrobot.com.

Robot.com Return Policy

We are confident you’ll love your new Robot purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 60 days from the shipment date. We will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the product. Please note that gift wrapping and shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

To Return a Product

  1. Go to My Account -> Order History and locate your order number.
  2. Select the product(s) you wish to return.
  3. Robot will provide a prepaid return label for your return.
  4. Please securely package the product(s), preferably in the original packaging.
  5. Include any original paperwork or order information to ensure the return is processed properly.
  6. Keep the return tracking number to monitor your package.

You can expect a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days of us receiving your return. All items must be returned in good condition, with all accessories, and in the original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure full credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Accessories

We will fully refund unopened accessory items. For items like cleaning solutions, we will issue refunds only for unopened bottles.

Gift with Purchase

To receive a refund for a returned item that included a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with the original item. If you decide to keep the gift, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Bundles

To receive a refund for items purchased as part of a bundle, you must return all items in the bundle. If you choose to keep any bundle items, you will be charged the full retail value of those items.


Warranties

Robot Manufacturer Warranty

Robot offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty. To find out what’s covered under this warranty, please visit our warranty page quntrobot.com.. Failure to register your product will not affect your warranty rights.

Warranties for Refurbished Products

Refurbished products purchased from Robot are backed by a 90-day warranty. For more details, please visit our Refurbished Product Warranty page quntrobot.com.

Protection Plans: Protect and Protect+

Robot offers extended protection plans, Protect and Protect+, which cover your products beyond the manufacturer’s warranty (for up to three additional years). These plans include repairs or replacements for mechanical or electrical breakdowns, with Protect+ covering accidental damage as well.
