Shipping Options

Depending on the products you purchase and the location to which the products are being delivered, different shipping methods may be available. Once you input your shipping address at checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method.

Continental United States

Most items are shipped via UPS Ground, 2-Day, or 1-Day service. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the U.S.

• Ground Service: Expect your order to arrive within 3-6 business days after processing.
• 2-Day Service: For orders placed before 12:00 PM, expect delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
• 1-Day Service: For orders placed before 1:00 PM, expect delivery within 1-2 business days after processing.
• U.S. PO Box: Orders shipped to a PO Box will arrive within 3-6 business days after processing via UPS or U.S. Postal Service.

Alaska and Hawaii

We offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping options for customers in Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that Lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped to these locations.

U.S. Territories, Including U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico

Most items will be shipped to U.S. territories via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Expect delivery within 3-8 business days after processing. Please note that Lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped to U.S. territories.

Military APO/FPO Addresses

Most items shipped to military APO/FPO addresses will be delivered via the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery may take 30-60 days due to conditions prescribed by the Department of Defense for military/diplomatic mail.

Shipping Restrictions

In some instances, certain shipping methods may not be available based on the product and destination. Restrictions may include:

• Hazardous materials such as lithium batteries and some filters, which cannot be shipped by air and are only available for ground shipping.
• Certain products, such as air purifiers, are not available for shipping to specific locations due to state regulations (e.g., New Jersey and the District of Columbia).
